Custom Color Box Printing & Finishing Process

We provide full custom color box printing and packaging manufacturing services. Our printing processes include standard CMYK four-color printing and professional spot color printing to meet various brand and pattern printing needs. After printing, we support two mainstream surface finishing treatments: varnish coating and film lamination, including glossy lamination and matte lamination, to protect printing colors, enhance surface texture, waterproof and scratch-resistant. For rigid empty boxes and high-hardness packaging boxes, we adopt paper mounting technology to increase box hardness and compression resistance for long-distance shipping. After printing and surface treatment, all boxes will be processed by precise die cutting according to custom sizes and designs. Then we complete folding, creasing and gluing work to ensure neat box shape and firm structure.
