After-Sales Policy

For all custom packaging orders, the production is strictly based on the pre-approved samples and artwork confirmed by the customer. We conduct strict quality control during production. Before shipment, the customer is required to inspect the goods at our factory or through a third-party inspection. Once the order is confirmed as qualified after inspection, no returns or exchanges will be accepted, because custom packaging products are highly personalized and cannot be resold or reused. If there is any quality problem confirmed to be caused by our production error, we will provide solutions such as re-production or compensation according to the actual situation.
