Return & Refund Policy


This Return & Refund Policy applies to all custom packaging orders placed with Dexin Printing.

All orders are strictly produced according to the pre-approved samples, artwork and specifications confirmed by the customer. Before shipment, the customer is required to conduct an inspection at our factory or via a third-party inspector. Once the goods are confirmed as qualified after inspection, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted, because custom packaging products are highly personalized and cannot be resold or reused.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  1. If we confirm the goods have serious quality issues caused by our production errors, such as major printing defects, wrong materials, or size errors beyond the agreed tolerance range.
  2. If the order is canceled before production starts and we have not yet incurred material or processing costs.

In the event of eligible refunds, we will process the refund after verification. Partial refunds or re-production solutions may be offered based on the actual situation, instead of full refunds.
