These Terms of Service govern all custom packaging orders between you (the “Customer”) and Dexin Printing (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All orders are based on the final quotation, approved artwork, and pre-production samples confirmed by the Customer. Once the sample and artwork are approved, no changes to size, material, design, or quantity are allowed without written agreement. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and extended lead time.

Production lead time starts from the date we receive the confirmed deposit and approved samples. Delays caused by late customer responses, design changes, or payment delays will not be our responsibility.

Payment terms are agreed upon in advance. Custom orders require a deposit before production starts, and the remaining balance must be paid before shipment. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

Before shipment, the Customer must inspect the goods at our factory or through a third-party inspection. Once the goods are accepted after inspection, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, as custom packaging products cannot be reused or resold.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all provided designs, logos, and artwork do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. We will not be liable for any legal claims arising from the Customer’s provided materials.

We are only responsible for the quality of the packaging products as confirmed by the pre-production sample. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the products.
